Job description

a) Responsible for working as Deputy welding Coordinator for EN-15085 Standard.

b) Responsible for internal Welder Qualifications
(c) Verification of welding consumables (Property,type, storage etc.) as per WPS.
(d) Checking all welding activities is in compliance with the applicable code,standards and
specification.
(e) Make Monthly Welding quality Review Data.
(f) Make WPS & WPQR of all the projects.
(g) Check Quality and acceptance requirements for welds.
(h) Give Training to the welders as per Training schedule
(i) Customer Complaint Analysis with proper CAPA.
(j) Make welding loading & tacking sequences, work Instructions, weld map etc.

Responsible for internal Welder Qualifications.
