We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who meet the language proficiency requirements and possess excellent communication skills. Eligibility Criteria Japanese Language Qualification: JLPT N2 Certified Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible. JLPT N3 Certified Minimum 1 year of experience in a Japanese voice process is mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese. Comfortable handling customer conversations in a voice-based environment. Prior experience in a Japanese language process will be considered for experienced roles, subject to interview evaluation. Key Responsibilities Handle customer interactions through voice support in Japanese. Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently. Deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting business standards. Follow company processes and quality guidelines. Salary Freshers: 5.55 LPA (Approx. 40,000/month) Experienced: Up to 7.36 LPA (Approx. 53,000/month) Final compensation will depend on experience, language proficiency, and interview performance.
