Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Java Backend Developers to join a high-impact engineering team. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using modern Java technologies.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Java (8+)
- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot & REST API development
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Experience with Spring Security, Spring Data JPA
- Working knowledge of Hibernate / ORM frameworks
- Robust SQL skills (query optimization, indexing, schema design)
- Experience in Microservices & Event-driven architecture
- Basic understanding of Cloud architecture
- Knowledge of OAuth, cryptography, and security concepts
- Experience in Unit Testing (JUnit, Mockito)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
- Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring ecosystem
- Optimize database performance and write efficient queries
- Ensure system reliability using fault tolerance, retries, and monitoring
- Implement secure coding practices and authentication mechanisms
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical mentoring
