Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional with strong experience in Java, Databricks, and Data & Analytics to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable applications, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting analytics platforms while working in an offshore model aligned with EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java technologies.
- Work extensively on Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Support production environments during EST business hours.
Required Skills
- 4-6 years of IT experience in software development and data engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in: Java / J2EE Databricks Data & Analytics
- Positive understanding of APIs, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience working with SQL and large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in offshore EST support model.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience with Spark, Python, or data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
- Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. .
