Java Developer

y Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 developers • Design, develop, and review Spring Boot microservices • Enforce secure coding practices and perform regular code reviews • Ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability standards • Coordinate with UI (ReactJS / Flutter), QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams • Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making • Manage sprint execution, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery • Support production issues, RCA, and continuous improvement • Guide junior developers through technical mentoring and best practices
