Responsibilities
Ability to create secure, reliable, resilient and modular system design and implement it.Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack developers to design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications.Architect and design end-to-end solutions for frontend (Angular/React) and backend (Java, Spring Boot) systems.Make key decisions on the selection of technologies, tools, and platforms that will drive the application architecture.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the development team.Expertise in Angular or React, including experience with modern JavaScript features and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Redux, NgRx).Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequired Skills:
Expertise in Angular or React, including experience with modern JavaScript features and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Redux, NgRx).Lead the front-end development efforts using Angular or React, implementing complex UI components and ensuring performance optimization.Work with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of designs into front-end code.Ensure the frontend is responsive, accessible, and optimized for a smooth user experience.Integrate frontend applications with backend RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based communication.Hands on expert level software coding skills in Java/J2ee technologies.Lead the development of RESTful APIs and microservices that scale and integrate well with the frontend.Solid understanding of Spring Framework, Hibernate, JPA, and other related Java technologies.Experience in securing web applications with industry-standard techniques such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSL/TLS.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling applications.Experience authoring and performance engineering SQL queries and stored procedures on SQL Server/Postgres.Experience in Application stack modernization and migrationsCollaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers to deliver comprehensive solutions.Define and enforce testing standards, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, for both front-end and backend code.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating applications into automated build and deployment workflows.Proven ability to lead a team and provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skillsProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN or Mercurial .
