About The Role
We are seeking skilled Java Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing and evolving our enterprise-grade platform to meet client demands. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, senior engineers, and the product team, you will transform business requirements into scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions.
Technology Stack
Backend: Java (v8+), Spring Boot, MicroservicesFrontend: Angular (v2+ and above; Not AngularJS)Database: PostgreSQL / OracleMessaging Queue: Kafka / IBM MQOthers: Docker, Ruby on Rails
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a Scrum team focused on service delivery, reliability, and system interoperabilityArchitect and build scalable, maintainable, and secure Java Full Stack applicationsParticipate in code/design reviews and contribute to shared components and microservicesDevelop subject matter expertise in targeted functional areasChampion best practices in Agile development, TDD/BDD, and software deliverySupport and influence continuous improvement in engineering practices across the team
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent disciplineMinimum 5 years of professional development experience in Java Full Stack technologiesProficient in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices ArchitectureStrong front-end development skills using Angular 11+ (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience with Kafka or IBM MQ (or similar messaging frameworks)Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented principlesExperience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD practicesDomain knowledge in Financial Services or Securities is a plus
