Job Description
*Strong software engineering fundamentals (distributed systems, APIs, data modeling)
* Experience building scalable backend systems in languages like Java, Go, or similar
* Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Kafka, Spark, data lakes, warehouses)
* Experience with access control models (RBAC/ABAC) and security best practices
* Understanding of metadata, data lineage, or data governance concepts (or strong interest in the space)
* Experience building automation and platform capabilities (not just one-off pipelines)
* Comfortable working across systems and driving cross-platform integrations
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, reliability, and usability
* Effective collaborator who can translate business and compliance needs into technical solutions
Compensation: 1,800,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year
