JOB DESCRIPTION of JAVA software developer and support engineer
Job Title: AM II Department: IT
Reports to: AVP-IT Experience: 2-3 years
Required Qualification: BE/B Tech/BSc (with PG Dip Computers)/ BSc (IT) / MCA
Preferred Qualification: BE/B Tech/BSc (with PG Dip Computers)/ BSc (IT) / MCA
Skill, Knowledge & Trainings:
Core Competencies: java, J2EE, SWING, Java Script, Oracle PL-SQL programming
Functional Competencies:
Having experience in BFSI domain would be an added advantage
Job Purpose:
To Develop and Support applications and track the same to closure
Area of Operations Key Responsibility
Hands-on experience in programming using Java, Swing, Servlets.
Good knowledge of basic SQL queries, Indexes, SQL performance tuning and hands on experience in PL-SQL programming.
Hands-on experience in JSP, Java Script, jquery.
Hands-on experience on Tomcat and SVN. Hands-on experience on Tomcat and SVN.
Should have working knowledge of SDLC.
Should have sound knowledge of Software Quality Practices.
Should have sound knowledge of Release Management Process. .
