Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products. Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, quality, certifications, and pricing confidently. Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize customer value. Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and relationship building. Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. 2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Collect and update customer information accurately in the CRM/database. Conduct follow-up calls for pending sales, enquiries, anniversaries, birthdays, and festive occasions. Promote company schemes such as SIP, exchange offers, festive schemes, and promotional campaigns. Encourage repeat business and customer referrals. Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively as per guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of counters, showcases, and display trays. Ensure proper floor discipline and customer etiquette during customer interactions. Keep showcases organized throughout the day. Conduct daily opening and closing stock verification. Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of jewellery items. Billing & Sales Documentation Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing. Be willing to work during weekends, public holidays, and extended business hours during festivals and special events. .
