Location : Kolkata (Work from Office) Position : Customer Service Executive International Voice Process (E-commerce) Salary Package : CTC: 27,000 per month & In-Hand Salary: 24,000 per month Work Schedule : Night Shift 5 Days Working 2 Rotational Week Offs One-Way Cab Facility during odd hours Who Can Apply Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or Above Graduates & Undergraduates can apply Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome Excellent English & Hindi communication skills are mandatory Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts Immediate joiners will be preferred Your Role : Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls. Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets. Record customer interactions accurately in the system. .
