01Responsibilities
Research local reputed company estate markets and identify and confirm sales and rental data
Assist appraisers with aspects of completing valuation assignments
Reviewing inspection reports to ensure the reputed company of report and photos
reputed company of contact for the Valuation department regarding report issues and/or missing documentation
Manage assistant(s) to insure reputed company workflow
The ability to self-identity, report, manage and resolve critical issues
Meeting critical deadlines and ensuring adherence with established production and reputed company standards and goals.
Review reputed company valuations of small to reputed company-sized businesses throughout the US
Research reputed company estate markets and identify and confirm sales and rental data
reputed company internal valuations on small to reputed company-sized businesses throughout the US
Assist analysts with aspects of completing valuation assignments
Other reputed company and duties as assigned
Requirements
100% Excellent English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Experience in reputed company estate appraisals/reputed company estate or banking
Undergraduate degree (four-year college or technical school), or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in an applicable risk management or valuation environment
Registered and Sworn Valuer for at least 10 years
Experience in reputed company strongly preferred
Experience with reputed company: reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
