Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and client communication.
Prepare project documentation, MOMs, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and assist in developing consulting deliverables.
Track project progress and follow up on action items.
Support consultants during assessments, audits, and implementation projects.
Maintain MIS, project trackers, and knowledge repositories.
Continuously learn consulting methodologies and domain practices.
Required Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working with numbers and data.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
Robust documentation and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced consulting environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/Postgraduate (pursuing or completed) in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply. .
