01Responsibilities
- Implementing designs using design software, optimizing for different devices and platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design objectives and understand business and user needs
- Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and best practices and staying informed about new tools and technologies in the field
- Designing wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and test and iterate on design solutions
- Working with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs and providing guidance on technical design considerations
- Developing high-fidelity visual designs, including graphics, icons, and layouts, that are consistent with brand guidelines and meet user needs and expectations
Mandatory requirements:
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Adobe XD
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Experience with design systems and the ability to create and maintain design libraries and style guides
- Experience with UI design principles and practices, such as layout design, typography, and color theory
- Knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies, such as usability testing, user flows, and user research
Desired requirements:
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to design for search engine optimization
- Ability to create and present design presentations to stakeholders and team members
- Experience with agile development methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
