Full-time Jr. HR Recruiter / HR Executive Hyderabad Full-time 1 Years Skills JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic *Jr. HR Recruiter / HR Executive* to support recruitment and HR activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of recruitment, and the ability to source and coordinate with candidates effectively. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing. Ability to source candidates using job portals and LinkedIn. Good candidate screening and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Tools Aditional Skills Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews. Schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate the offer and joining process for selected candidates. Assist with employee documentation and onboarding activities. Maintain HR records and employee information. Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities. Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives. Prepare basic recruitment and HR reports. Good interpersonal and follow-up skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines. *Preferred Candidate* 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR. Any Graduate. Female candidates preferred.
