About The Role We are looking for a business-focused marketing designer who can think beyond just graphic design. Someone who understands branding, marketing communication, and business storytelling and can translate ideas, insights, and research into impactful creatives.
This role requires a strong understanding of marketing along with hands-on creative execution. The ideal candidate should be open to going beyond design execution and contribute to campaigns, communication strategy, and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Create creatives for social media, presentations, reports, campaigns, emailers, and digital marketing
- Translate business insights and research findings into engaging visual communication
- Work closely with business, content, and marketing teams
- Contribute to campaign ideation and marketing communication
- Maintain strong brand consistency across platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing/brand design
- Robust understanding of marketing and business communication
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant tools
- Familiarity with AI creative tools/workflows is preferred
- Someone proactive, ownership-driven, and willing to go beyond a traditional designer role .
