ABCGO Business Solutions is a fast-growing European-Indian company providing accounting, payroll and business process services to clients across Europe. We operate from Poland and India and are building a long-term team in India that will support international business operations.
This is not a short-term outsourcing project. We are building our long-term operations in India and are looking for people who want to grow with the company over the coming years.
Who Are We Looking For
This is a full-time remote position for candidates based in Kolkata or other locations in Eastern India. You will support European clients and gain hands-on experience in international accounting, payroll and finance while working with teams in both India and Poland.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in final semester) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics Good spoken and written English (B2 level or above). Proficiency in Excel and computer tools Analytical skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn EU (especially Polish) accounting practices Candidates should be based in Kolkata or Eastern India and be available for full-time remote work. Key Responsibilities
Record financial transactions in our IT systems Assist with payroll and tax calculations Participate in team meetings and regular training Prepare financial reports and verify client data Learn regulations applicable to EU-based companies Support month-end accounting activities. Communicate with colleagues in Poland regarding accounting tasks.
