Role Description:
Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain daily books, journals, ledgers, and financial records.Invoicing: Issue sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and platform account reconciliations.Tax & Compliance: Assist with timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings.AR/AP Management: Track receivables/payables and follow up on pending settlements.Audits & Documentation: Assist in preparing audit data and organize supporting vouchers/records.Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, ops, and marketing for accurate financial data. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/BAF).Experience: 03 years in accounting (freshers welcome with strong fundamentals).Language: Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).Software: Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel/Google Sheets.Compliance: Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
