Review compliance with accounting standards, Companies Act regulations, and applicable statutory requirements. 2. Prepare, verify, and file Form 3CD alongside required annexures within statutory due dates. 3. Evaluate internal operational processes, financial controls, and risk management practices to identify procedural bottlenecks or control gaps 4. Perform real-time, daily, or monthly monitoring of financial transactions to detect irregularities, non-compliance, or operational fraud immediately. 5. Gather financial data, compute taxable income, and file accurate annual Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and corporate entities. 6. Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including voucher entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
