ROLE OBJECTIVE We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for a graduate looking to build a career in international accounting, specifically focusing on the UAE market. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regional accounting standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Accounting & Bookkeeping maintain and update daily accounting records and ledgers with high accuracy. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow).
UAE Market Compliance & Regulatory Standards Support the team in ensuring all financial activities align with UAE accounting regulations. Assist in the preparation of data for VAT returns and other statutory filings relevant to the UAE jurisdiction. Handle UAE AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements and Transfer Pricing documentation.
Manage TRC (Tax Residency Certificate) applications and RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism) accounting. Follow and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all financial workflows. Stay updated on regional financial trends and reporting requirements.
Reporting & Analysis Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction records. Assist senior management in generating ad-hoc financial reports for internal review. Identify discrepancies in financial data and provide proactive solutions.
Location: On-Site (NSP, Pitampura, Delhi) Market Focus: UAE (United Arab Emirates) Experience: 1-3 Years Type: Full-Time REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate (B. Com, Accounting, Finance, or related field mandatory).
Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of Accounting & Finance basics and Financial Statements.
Software: Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to accounting software.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
