01Key Responsibilities
Architect and design ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, GRC, and custom applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Develop and implement custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow capabilities.
Optimize existing ITSM and GRC workflows for better efficiency and performance.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform stability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments for ServiceNow implementations.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience:
9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong expertise in ITSM & GRC modules.
Hands-on experience in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
Knowledge of CMDB, Access Control, and Security policies within ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, or GRC) are a plus. .
