01Key Responsibilities
Assist with Lead Generation: Support the sales team by assisting in generating leads through research, telecalling, and other outreach activities.Client Communication Support: Assist with handling client inquiries via phone or email, providing necessary information on products and services.Sales Follow-up: Follow up on potential leads and coordinate further communication between clients and the sales team to move them through the sales funnel.Support Sales Team Activities: Help in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and schedule client meetings or calls for the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the company and potential clients.Maintain Client Data: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the companys CRM system.Track Sales Performance: Assist in monitoring the progress of sales activities and provide regular updates on sales metrics and lead conversion rates.Client Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process by ensuring that all required documentation is complete and assisting clients in getting started with the company's financial services.Provide Administrative Support: Assist the sales and client relations teams with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.Telecalling Support: Make outbound calls to assist with follow-up and help qualify leads for further action by senior sales team members.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and client relations teams to align on goals and ensure that all client interactions are handled professionally. .
