01Key Responsibilities
- Testing and Analysis: Conducting chemical and physical analyses on feed ingredients and finished products.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that all feed products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Sampling: Collecting representative samples of feed materials for testing.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing test results, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in the feed production process.
- Instrument Calibration and Maintenance: Ensuring that laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Process Standardization: Suggesting and implementing improvements to testing procedures.
- Inventory Management: Managing laboratory supplies and reagents.
Skills Required:
- Analytical Chemistry: Robust understanding of chemical principles and analytical techniques.
- Laboratory Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and performing various tests.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and draw conclusions.
