Position: Junior Civil Engineer DSR & Billing Location: New Delhi, Delhi Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month Experience Required: 2 3 Years Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates), quantity estimation, BOQ/BOM preparation, and billing. This is a 100% Work From Office role where the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs, and project billing for commercial interior and civil projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of project costing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. This role does not involve regular site execution and is focused entirely on estimation, billing, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates using DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates). Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BOMs (Bills of Materials) from project drawings. Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings. Prepare and verify RA Bills, Client Bills, and Final Bills. Calculate project quantities and material requirements accurately. Assist in project costing and budget estimation. Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material planning. Maintain estimation sheets, billing records, and project documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all billing and estimation activities. Support the team with cost analysis and commercial documentation. Must-Have Qualifications B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 23 years of experience in civil estimation and billing. Strong knowledge of DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates). Experience in BOQ and BOM preparation. Knowledge of quantity surveying and quantity take-offs. Experience in preparing RA Bills and Final Bills. Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Familiarity with CPWD specifications and rate analysis. Strong analytical and documentation skills.
