Handle collection and recovery of Home Loan / LAP accounts.Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.Conduct field visits and maintain regular customer communication.Achieve assigned collection targets.Maintain proper collection records and reports.Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP / Home Loan CollectionsMust be a local candidate from the respective locationCIBIL score above 700No history of absconding from previous organizationsGood job stability with relevant collection experienceGood communication and customer-handling skillsWillingness to travel within the assigned locationPay: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
