01Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
2. Provide accurate information about our product, addressing customer concerns, questions and feedback
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer personalised solutions and recommendations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Effectively escalate and report customer issues to concerned teams or supervisors when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Identify processing improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required Qualification:
Should have atleast 1 years of experience.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Previous customer service experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Financial knowledge is a plus.
4. Empathetic and patient when dealing with challenging customer interactions.
5. Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
6. Accept rotating shifts, flexibility to work on non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
8. Skills in help desk tools and CRM software are preferred. .
