Job Overview
IOTA Academy is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Data Analyst Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analytics and enjoy mentoring and guiding students.
The role involves delivering practical training sessions, assisting students with projects, resolving technical queries, and helping them develop industry-ready analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on Data Analytics concepts.
Teach tools and technologies including Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Statistics.
Assist students with assignments, projects, case studies, and interview preparation.
Explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Create and update training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
Support students throughout their learning journey and placement preparation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
Advanced Excel
SQL
Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
Power BI
Statistics
Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students learn.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot will be an added advantage.
Salary
Upto 25,000 per month (based on knowledge, skills, and interview performance)
