01Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and company software. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies. Maintain organized digital records and files. Ensure data confidentiality and security. Generate reports as required. Coordinate with team members to collect and update information. Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
02Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: 12th Pass or Graduate. Previous data entry experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
