Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support senior analysts in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Conduct research on market trends, industry performance, and economic conditions. Help in the analysis of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist with the reconciliation of financial discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial databases and models. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation. Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings and stakeholder reviews. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances. Learn and apply relevant accounting principles and financial regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
