We are looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer who is eager to learn, has a good understanding of basic web technologies, and has an interest in website design, development.
Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Front-End Developer who can assist our development team with website development, UI implementation, website migrations, and basic graphic tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, Figma and Canva or Photoshop. Ability to work on website migrations, CMS platforms, Git, and basic SEO concepts will be an added advantage.
This role is suitable for a candidate who wants to build a strong technical foundation in modern front-end development while gaining hands-on experience by working on real-world websites and eCommerce projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development
Develop and update websites using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.Sound knowledge of Figma and Canva.Convert Figma designs into responsive web pages.Make website layouts responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.Create and modify reusable UI components.Fix basic UI, layout, and cross-browser compatibility issues.Work closely with senior developers and designers to implement website requirements.Assist with website migration projects, graphics works and e-commerce product uploading.Support the senior developers with ongoing website and eCommerce projects.Required Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML5.Good understanding of CSS3 and Tailwind CSSBasic knowledge of JavaScript.Understanding of responsive web design.Basic knowledge of Figma.Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva.Understanding of website structure, pages, links, images, and assets.Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.Good understanding of web browsers and browser Developer Tools.Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Willingness to learn modern frontend technologies.Work Location: In person .
