About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are accurate and up to date.
3. Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs using HRMS.
4. Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR events.
6. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
7. Process employee reimbursements and maintain related records.
8. Coordinate with internal departments for joining formalities, asset allocation, and exit clearance.
9. Prepare HR reports, maintain MIS, and generate employee-related data as required.
10. Assist in office administration activities, including vendor coordination and general administrative support.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
13. Perform other HR operational and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
