As a Junior HR Executive at Restaverse, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and recruitment activities. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, written and spoken English will be vital in ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting screenings, and maintaining candidate database.
2. Prepare and update HR documents, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employee contracts.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and training programs.
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
6. Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support on HR-related matters.
7. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
