Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying areas for efficiency improvement. Support the implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques, such as 5S and Kaizen events. Conduct time studies and gather data to support process improvements and standard setting. Help in the design and layout of production workstations and material flow. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of operational changes. Prepare reports and documentation related to process analysis and improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. 0-3 years of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing setting. Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
