Junior Manager - Chemistry - Warora

- Conduct laboratory evaluations to ensure the quality of chemicals and raw materials - Develop and implement effective chemical dosing parameters to optimize production processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues - Design and execute field trials to test new chemical formulations and dosing parameters - Analyze data and provide insights to improve chemical dosing and laboratory operations - Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field - 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry - Strong knowledge of chemical dosing parameters and laboratory evaluations - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading organization in the chemical industry.
