Junior Manager - Mis And Analytics (Chennai)

Roles and Responsibilities - Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements - Closely work with Zonal Head and Branch team for data management - Participate with other specialist to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting system. - Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team. - Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users. - Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes. - Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision. - Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time. - Liner data management and analysis. Language & IT Proficiency: - Highly proficient in the English language (Written and Verbal communications) - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Skills - Planning & Schedule Orientation - Prioritization and organizing - Data analysis - Time Management - Networking skills - Team Player - Attention to detail Minimum Qualifications and Experience: - MBA/ PG/ Graduate in any stream - 1 to 3 years experience in MIS Management in BFSI/NBFC sector .
