Junior Manager - MIS and Analytics

JUNIOR MANAGER - MIS AND ANALYTICS Roles and Responsibilities Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements Closely work with Zonal Head and Branch team for data management Participate with other specialist to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting system. Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team. Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users. Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes. Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision. Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time. Liner data management and analysis. Language & IT Proficiency: Highly proficient in the English language (Written and Verbal communications) Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) Skills Planning & Schedule Orientation Prioritization and organizing Data analysis Time Management Networking skills Team Player Attention to detail Minimum Qualifications and Experience: MBA/ PG/ Graduate in any stream 1 to 3 years experience in MIS Management in BFSI/NBFC sector .
