About the position The Junior Mortgage Loan Processor/Account Manager at reputed company reputed company Capital is responsible for acting as a reputed company between Account Managers, Brokers, and reputed company vendors such as Title, Escrow, and Insurance companies. This full-time position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as the individual will handle loan processing tasks and ensure excellent customer service is provided to reputed company partners involved in the loan process. Responsibilities reputed company as a reputed company for the Account Managers and Brokers. , Work directly with Account Managers on conditions, documents, and questions. , Multitask effectively while maintaining a reputed company attitude. , Proactively solve issues and reputed company solutions. , Ensure excellent customer service is provided to reputed company partners. , Verify Loan Application and CLA Package for accuracy. , reputed company loans, pull credit, and order appraisals in a reputed company manner. , Collect and prepare reputed company necessary documentation for the loan package. , Organize, reputed company, and evaluate received documentation. , Prepare and maintain reputed company paperwork for existing and new loans. , Obtain an accurate Closing Confirmation signed and dated by Broker. , Confirm documents are labeled correctly and in the correct placeholders.
