JUNIOR OFFICER GOLD LOAN & DEPOSIT

Business Development: Actively promote and Increase Gold Loan products to new and existing customers.Qualification: Any Degree.Experience: Freshers are welcome, or candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loans, Nidhi companies, NBFCs, or Banking.Skills: Strong communication, sales-oriented mindset, and basic knowledge of financial products.Deposit Mobilization: Identify and connect with potential clients to collect fresh deposits (FD, CD, RD, and SD).Customer Relationship: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.Operational Support: Assist in the appraisal and processing of gold loans and deposit documentationWork Schedule & Benefits: Timings: 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.Monthly 2nd and 4th Saturdays are half-days only working,Leave Policy: After confirmation CL, PL, and SL available.Statutory Benefits: ESI, PF, and Annual Bonus provided.Location: Sembakkam, East TambaramJob Type: Full-time Compensation: 17,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundWork Location: In person .
