SouthIndian Bank : Junior Officer Sales position LAP mortgage sales for Delhi NCR location
Location- Delhi NCR
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Minimum 23 years work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire recent customers for Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, DSA (Direct Selling Agents), builders, and channel partners.
- Understand customer funding requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan features, interest rates, tenure, and documentation.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.
- Follow up until loan disbursement.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies.
