Job Description Junior Meta Ads Specialist
AMTY Global is looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
You will work closely with the Brand Manager to execute performance marketing strategies, conduct audience research, monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS, and recommend data-driven optimizations. The role also involves coordinating with the creative team for ad creatives, testing multiple ad variations, setting up retargeting campaigns, maintaining campaign reports, and ensuring proper tracking through Meta Pixel and Events Manager.
Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, valuable analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and lead generation campaigns will be an added advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium consumer brand, gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, and grow your career in digital advertising.
