What role will you play in the team: As a Junior Product Analyst, you will support the product management team in understanding user behavior, identifying opportunities for product improvement, and contributing to data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key product metrics. What you will do: You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to analyze product data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. You will assist in conducting user research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap. Key responsibilities: Collect and analyze product data from various sources, including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and customer feedback tools. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics and performance. Conduct user research and A/B testing to gather insights and validate product hypotheses. Assist in identifying opportunities for product improvement and optimization. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize product requirements. Monitor and analyze competitor products and market trends. Present findings and recommendations to the product team and stakeholders. Support the product management team in developing and executing product roadmaps. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in product analytics. Required Qualification and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Administration. 0-1 year of experience in product analytics or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred). Familiarity with SQL and other database languages. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
