We're Hiring Junior Purchase Officer Company: Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited Job Title: Junior Purchase Officer Location: Coimbatore Experience: Freshers / 2+ Years Experience Qualification: Any Degree Assist in day-to-day procurement activities for domestic and international purchases.Support preparation and processing of purchase orders and related documentation.Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments for timely delivery of materials.Assist in vendor communication, follow-ups, and basic negotiation activities.Help maintain inventory records and procurement data.Support import and export documentation processes under guidance.Ensure accurate record-keeping of purchase transactions and reports.Learn and follow company procurement policies and compliance requirements.Assist in coordinating with freight forwarders and customs agents when required.Required skills: Freshers or 2+ years of experience in purchase/procurement or related field.Basic understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to learn import/export documentation and logistics processes.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow in procurement domain.If you are interested reach us to k.karthikeyan@ejindia.com 8056923339 Benefits: Food providedProvident FundWork Location: In person .
