Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Junior SDET (Python - AI Quality Engineering) to join our growing Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience in automation testing, and an interest in emerging AI and GenAI technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on next-generation AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions while building robust test frameworks and quality engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, utilities, and testing accelerators using Python.Execute functional, integration, regression, and API testing for web and mobile applications.Validate AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and conversational systems.Develop test scenarios for prompt validation, response evaluation, and AI workflow testing.Perform AI-specific quality validations including hallucination detection, output quality assessment, and model behavior testing.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and quality engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.Participate in automation strategy, continuous testing, and test optimization initiatives.Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements across development lifecycles.Required Skills
2 to 3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.Strong programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience in test automation for web, mobile, or API applications.Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.Exposure to automation frameworks and test scripting.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.Excellente communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Copilot testing.Exposure to AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Automation Agents, or Chatbot testing.Understanding of AI testing concepts such as:Prompt ValidationAI Evaluation (AI Evals)Hallucination TestingModel EvaluationAI Security TestingOutput Quality AssessmentFamiliarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices is an advantage.What We Are Looking For
