01Key Responsibilities
Network & Connectivity Management
Configure and troubleshoot broadband, fiber, LAN/WAN networks, and wireless connectivity.Support the setup and maintenance of office network infrastructure.Windows Server Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.Implement and enforce server security policies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes.Router, Switch, and Firewall Management
Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.Enforce network security policies and troubleshoot network-related issues.Website Deployment on IIS
Deploy and manage websites and web applications on IIS (Internet Information Services).Troubleshoot and optimize IIS server performance.Virtualization Management (VMware & Other Platforms)
Assist with the deployment and management of virtual machines using VMware or other virtualization platforms.Monitor virtualized environments to ensure optimal performance and resource allocation.Workstation & Laptop Management
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software.Perform hardware troubleshooting, software updates, and manage endpoint security (antivirus, patching).Telecom & Device Management
Set up and troubleshoot office telecom systems (landlines, PBX).Manage mobile SIM activation, deactivation, and corporate billing reconciliation.Email & Outlook Configuration
Create and manage Google Workspace email accounts.Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, resolve mail flow or configuration issues.Data Backup & Recovery
Implement and monitor backup solutions for servers and workstations.Support disaster recovery processes and ensure regular backup verification.Productivity Tools
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).AI-Enabled IT Support
Familiarity with GPT/AI-powered tools for troubleshooting, technical research, documentation, and productivity.Use AI tools to assist with identifying solutions, understanding technical issues, and improving IT workflows.Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to system administration.Incident Resolution & User Support
Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.Resolve IT-related support tickets and assist users with technical challenges.Documentation & Asset Management
Maintain system configurations, network topologies, and IT inventory records.Assist in documenting IT processes and procedures.Skill Set:
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and server management.Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server security practices.Familiarity with GPT and AI-powered productivity/troubleshooting tools.Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills (Not Required):
