## Junior UI/UX Designer
### Role Overview
Nextazy Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team in Chennai. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to craft intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. You will be responsible for transforming complex requirements into clean, user-centered designs that align with both business goals and end-user needs.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure visual consistency and accessibility standards across all digital products
### Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Between one and three years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web or mobile platforms
- Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences
