About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior Wealth Manager to join our fintech team. The candidate will manage client relationships, generate business opportunities, and support wealth management activities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships. Generate new leads and business opportunities. Handle client calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Assist in managing client portfolios and AUM growth. Develop relationships with high-value clients and professionals. Understand financial products, investments, and market trends. Work with senior Wealth Managers for client servicing and onboarding. Achieve assigned business targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience in banking, fintech, wealth management, or financial services. Knowledge of finance and investments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
