As a Junior WordPress Developer, you will be joining our development team with 0-1 year of experience. Your role will involve developing, customizing, and troubleshooting WordPress websites. Working closely with senior developers, designers, and content teams, you will be responsible for building responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performance websites. It is preferred that you have experience with Figma for design implementation and setting up WordPress on localhost.Your responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and managing WordPress themes and plugins, developing and customizing websites based on project requirements, optimizing websites for performance, security, and SEO, troubleshooting technical issues, bugs, and errors, implementing custom styling using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, working with page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg, ensuring websites are responsive and cross-browser compatible, performing regular updates and backups, collaborating with design and content teams to enhance UI/UX, converting Figma designs into functional WordPress pages with accuracy, setting up WordPress on localhost for development and testing, and working with basic PHP and MySQL for backend modifications.The technical skills required for this role include a basic understanding of WordPress installation, setup, and configuration, knowledge of themes, plugins, and widgets, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices, experience with page builders, knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques, awareness of website security measures and performance optimization, ability to convert Figma designs into WordPress layouts, experience in setting up WordPress on localhost, and basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as eagerness to learn and improve, strong problem-solving and debugging abilities, good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and willingness to stay updated with WordPress trends and best practices are essential for this role.,
