KAM Home Loan Sales
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with experience in
Home Loan/LAP sales
through the
open market
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing business through builders, connectors, and DSAs while managing the complete home loan lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate home loan business through open market sourcing.
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs.
Build a consistent pipeline of quality home loan leads.
Guide customers in choosing suitable home loan products through 60+ banking partners.
Manage the complete loan process, including sourcing, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
Ensure timely customer follow-ups and excellent service throughout the process.
Achieve monthly home loan disbursement targets of 2 Crore+.
Desired Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Strong network in the open market with builders, connectors, or DSAs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Knowledge of home loan documentation and disbursement processes is preferred. .
