Account Management
Build and nurture relationships with digital platforms and aggregator partners to drive fixed deposit product sales.
Act as the primary point of contact for aggregator accounts, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Strategic Partnership Growth
Identify growth opportunities within aggregator or digital fintech platforms to enhance the visibility and appeal of fixed deposit offerings.
Collaborate with aggregators to roll out innovative campaigns, promotions, and cross-selling opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue contributions from digital aggregators.
Develop insights and strategies to maximize performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Coordination
Liaise with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to align fixed deposit offerings with market trends and aggregator requirements.
Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new aggregators, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
Competitor and Market Analysis
Monitor competitive trends in the aggregator space to identify threats and opportunities.
Provide input for product enhancements and new-service initiatives based on customer feedback from aggregators.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines when managing fixed deposit business through aggregators. .
