Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Key Accounts Executive, at AgroPure with its headquarters located in Narela, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with modern trade accounts and key retail chains.
Ensure timely order processing and product availability at stores.
Coordinate with distributors, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising activities as per company guidelines.
Analyse sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Resolve customer and retailer issues promptly.
Negotiate trade schemes, promotions, and business terms with key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
Resolve operational issues related to orders, deliveries, claims, returns and payments
Plan and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays.
Handle logistics documentation, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
Resolve operational issues related to inventory, transportation, and customer deliveries.
Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Compensation: Up to 35,000.00 per month
